CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Customers can cancel and receive the full amount paid up to 8 days before the activity.
Customers only receive 50% of the value if they cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the activity.
f you wish to cancel within 24 hours before the activity, the amount will not be refunded.
If customers wish to reschedule the tour, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you book less than 24 hours in advance, there will be an extra cost for the crew (€60.00)
If you'd like to cancel your tour after rescheduling, there will be no refund provided.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SHARED AND THE PRIVATE TOURS
The Shared Tours happen on a fixed daily timetable and have a predetermined itinerary, starting in Belém and progressing along the river to the neighbourhood of Alfama and back, and you'll be accompanied by other costumers who booked the same tour. In a Private Tour, it'll be only you and the crew, and you can choose the starting time and duration of the tour, as well as the itinerary .

WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR EXPERIENCE
You won´t need anything. Our boats are equipped with every commodity for you to enjoy your tour with comfort and tranquility. If you´re not taking your tour in the summer, you might want to bring warmer clothing, however, we do have polar jackets and blanket on board for you.

MEETING POINT
Meet us in Bom Sucesso dock, in front of gate 3. The gate 3 is close of one black crane, next of the big white building.
We advise our costumers to arrive 15 minutes before the tour´s starting time. After everyone arrives at the meeting point, we´ll bring everyone on board and start the tour. Please bear in mind that since we operate on a strict timetable, We won´t be able to whait any longer than the tour´s appointed starting time.

WHERE IS THE BOM SUCESSO DOCK
Our dock is on the WESTERN part of Lisbon, between the monument of the discoveries and the Belém tower.
We advise our costumers, to use the Altis Belém hotel as a reference point for your taxi/uber driver. Gate 3 is right next to the hotel, by the riverside. There´s also a black crane close to Gate 3.

DISTANCE FROM THE CITY CENTER TO THE MARINA
It should be a 15/20 minutes drive from Cais do Sodré/Praça do Comércio to Belém. However, please take into considerantion that you might get stuck in traffic, particulary during the rusk hours from 05:00pm to 07:00pm.

We can only dock on our marina. To dock on any other marinas to pick up or drop off costumers, we need to request permission beforehand and there is also an additional fee to be paid by the costumers.

DRINK AND FOOD ON BOARD
If you so wish, it is possible for you to add catering services to your private tour, just reach out to us and we´ll provide you with our catering options and pricing. We have soft drinks, wines, and sparkling wines on board. If you like something special, please, contact Us ! We have the pleasur to bring for you !
If however, you´d like to bring your own drinks or food on board of your private tour, please let us know beforehand and take into consideration there is a cleaning fee.

On our private tours, costumers mau bring their own alcoholic beverages aboard, however these must be delivered to the crew upon boarding, and they will be served by the crew throughout the tour. Please be advised that red wine is no allowed on board, due to the fact that it permanently stains the boat´s fiberglass.
Please be aware as well that smaller drinks ( such as beer or cider ) must be in cans, glasse bottles are not allowed.

TAKING A DIVE / SWIMMING ON THE RIVER
Due to multiple factors, it is not allowed to swim on the Tagus River. If youwish to go for a swim, there are specific places where these activities are permitted, however due to the time required to reach these places, these experiences are only available for tours over 3 hours.

CAN CHILDREN PARTICIPATE
The activity itself is quite calm, even with strong winds. Anyone of any age can participate without any problems. However, in the case of children, even with a life jacket on, their behavior is entirely the responsibility of the guardians on board.

PEOPLE WITH PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS
It will be a pleasure to welcome you! Our crew is fully prepared to guide you to the boat and help you get on board, seating you comfortably. Even, if necessary, our boat next to the command post has space to take a person in a wheelchair!

Pets are allowed on our tours.
However, on shared tours, we only allow guide animals for people with disabilities. On private tours, we accept people bringing their pets, but the owners are fully responsible for the animals.

On shared tours, this practice is impossible due to other customers.
On private tours it is possible, however, it is important to know that in the case of a reduction in tour time, we do not make any refunds of the value corresponding to the reduced time.
If you wish to increase the tour time during the tour, as long as the boat is available to do more time, without this interfering with another tour, the customer can increase the time, upon payment of the amount agreed at the time.
